Combo Jump Tower · Effective date: 25 July 2026 · Version 1.0

🇹🇷 Bu sayfayı Türkçe okuyun

This policy explains what data the Combo Jump Tower mobile game (“the Game”, “we”) collects, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the Game, published by AliEren3D.

The short version. You do not create an account and we never ask for your name, email address, or phone number. The Game gives you a random anonymous ID. If you choose to submit a score, the nickname you pick and your score become publicly visible on the global leaderboard. Ads and purchases are handled by Google and RevenueCat, who collect device-level data under their own privacy policies. Everything else stays on your device.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Anonymous account identifier

When the Game first runs, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous account and assigns a randomly generated user ID (UID). This UID is not derived from and not linked to your name, email address, Apple ID, or Google account. It exists so your leaderboard entry can be updated rather than duplicated.

1.2 Nickname and leaderboard data (public)

If you submit a score to the global leaderboard, the following is stored and is publicly readable by every other player:

Please do not use your real name, email address, or any other personal information as your nickname. Anything you type there is visible to the public.

Submitting a score is optional. If you never submit one, nothing from this section is stored on our servers.

1.3 Data kept only on your device

Your settings, gold balance, unlocked characters and maps, tutorial progress, control preferences, gyroscope calibration, and local high score are stored in the Game’s local storage on your device. We cannot read this data. It is removed when you delete the Game.

1.4 Advertising data

The Game shows rewarded video ads, and only when you actively choose to watch one. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device-level information including your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, coarse location derived from that IP address, device and OS characteristics, and your interactions with the ad. We do not receive this data ourselves; we only receive confirmation that a reward was earned.

1.5 Purchase data

If you make an in-app purchase (ad removal or a gold pack), the transaction is processed by Apple or Google and validated through RevenueCat. We receive the product identifier, the purchase status, and an anonymous RevenueCat identifier. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple/Google account credentials.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers required to run the Game:

Leaderboard data is additionally visible to all players of the Game, by design.

4. International transfers

Our service providers operate globally and your data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. These providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye.

5. How long we keep data

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (EEA/UK) and under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Practical controls

Because accounts are anonymous, we may be unable to locate your data from an email address alone. Please include your leaderboard nickname so we can identify the correct entry.

7. Children’s privacy

The Game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted a nickname containing personal information, contact us at the address below and we will remove the entry.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the Game handles data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes. The current version is always available at this URL.
